Working Principle : The bottle blocking of bottle feeding mechanism‘s track stand bottle filling position and wait fill from the last equipment.Drugs through the corrugated plate vibration, orderly into drug storehouse.And the drug storehouse is equipped with photoelectric sensors,the drug fall into the drug storehouse were putted into bottle by photoelectric sensor quantitative count.
• It is an automatic equipment integrates mechanical, electrical and pneumatic technology, and adopts Japan Panosonic PLC ,frequency inverter and special-use high-speed Interrupt Modules. Pneumatic Components adopts the Japan SMC ,USA MAC High-speed Magnetic valve.
• Suitable for counting any sizes and shapes of capsules, softgels, tablets,chewing gum , and other solid materials, without parts change over.
• The PLC and high speed counting module is from Panasonic original, the Counting resolution is 0.02ms, and accuracy reaches 99.99% per bottle.
• 3-stage vibratory devise with 2 couple of 8 product delivery and separating channels ,it ensures accurate counting ,stable vibrating and low noise .
• The photoelectric counter device is developed by Xinsha and has its patent# ZL 2016 2 1352911.1. It ensures the counting error basically reaches zero error.
• In the modular photoelectric counting device, it has special design for the heavy dust problem from the product(especially from the tablet):The dust collection device has dynamic compensation function of infrared light source, the photo sensor will compensate the infrared light automatically according to the dust accumulation status till dust blacking alarm for cleaning.Also it has high pressure dust removal function inside of this device,user can set the dust removal time and interval time to ensure the continuous production .
• With automatic detection for bottle lacking and automatic rejection of error counting, together with data monitoring control,safety protection and failure alarm. It equips sensors to ensure the machine to be paused automatically when there is no bottle or bottle jam.Whereas,the machine will automatically be on working.
• Equips the voltage-stabilization system and compressed air pressure detection system to ensure the regular working once power supply voltage is unstable. And also the machine will alarm automatically when the inlet air pressure is too low.
• The perforated case is installed on both front and back side under vibration plate for dust collection. And the recycle groove is also installed ahead of machine , which is used to recycle the spilled tablet/capsule once the bottle turned over, and reduces the influence to the machine working.
• 304 stainless steel frame and seal structure. Meets GMP requirements.
